What we collect

Only the details you give us in order to run your wholesale account: your name, your company, your contact details, your delivery address, and your orders.

We do not run advertising trackers, session recording, or third-party analytics pixels on the buyer app.

If you sign in with Google or Apple

When you choose “Continue with Google” or “Continue with Apple”, that provider confirms your identity to us and passes on your name and email address so we can create or find your account. That is all we receive.

We never see, receive, or store your Google or Apple password.

Where your data is stored

Your data is held with our database provider, Supabase, on servers in Mumbai, India, protected by row-level security — your account is only ever able to read its own records.

Who we share it with

Nobody. We never sell or share your information with third parties. The prices shown to you are specific to your account tier and are treated as confidential.

The only outside services involved are the ones needed to operate the app itself — our database and hosting providers, and the service that delivers your one-time sign-in codes.

Correcting or deleting your data

You can delete your account from inside the app, under Account → Delete Account. Doing so removes your contact details and closes your access.

Where tax invoices already exist for orders you placed, Indian law requires us to retain the company name and GST number attached to those invoices. Nothing else is kept.
