The terms on which approved buyers use our ordering app. Short, and written to be read.

Who this app is for

This application is for approved wholesale and export buyers of Lahore Traders only. It is not open to retail customers.

Creating an account does not by itself approve you as a buyer. Every application is reviewed by our team, and prices and ordering stay locked until your account is approved.

Orders and pricing

All orders placed here are wholesale orders, priced at your account tier and confirmed by Lahore Traders.

Prices, totals and taxes are computed and verified on our servers at the time of ordering. A price displayed on your device is never the figure an order is billed at — the server figure is.

Confirmation, payment and delivery

Order confirmation, payment terms, manufacturing timelines and delivery are as personally agreed with Lahore Traders.

Payment is by direct bank transfer. The amount payable and our bank details are sent to you for your specific order; we do not ask for card or UPI details inside the app, and we never ask for them by message.

Your account

Keep your sign-in method to yourself. Codes we send you are one-time and personal — anyone holding one can reach your account, your pricing and your order history.

We may suspend an account we believe is being used by someone other than the approved buyer, or used to obtain trade pricing under false pretences.
